Refund policy

There are no refunds on ebooks or personalized books/products of any kind. 

Outside of the European Union (EU)- 

Paperback are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged from shipping.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To submit a cancellation or return request, log in to your account and visit your Orders page. You can submit a withdrawal request directly from your order details at any time before your order is fulfilled, or within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.

After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled by submitting a cancellation request through your account.

Exemptions: Please note that certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal, including digital content (such as ebooks) that has been downloaded or accessed after you have given your explicit consent to begin delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Signed or personalized paperbacks; paperback or hardback books are fulfilled through a UK-based printer. Once the order is sent to them and the printing process has started, there can be no refunds before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Refunds: Allowed refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal request being confirmed.
